Too much?

No such thing.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You're exhausted from masking your needs and desires.

  • You hide parts of yourself but don't know why or what to do about it.

  • You're burned out from ignoring your sensory limits.

  • You feel guilty for needing accommodations.

  • You feel 'othered' by society's stupid categories but are starting to suspect that it's cause you're too damn amazing to fit into them.

  • You recognise that your neurodivergent experience is actually a healthy adaptation to systems that are deeply and dangerously f*cked?

You're not alone.

I created the UNMASKED Membership for a few reasons:

  • To provide a cost effective alternative to working with me 1:1.

  • To give people a self-paced option if regular coaching isn't your thing.

  • MOST IMPORTANTLY, to give women a safe, boundaried place to be honest about who they are, what they f*cking WANT and figure out how to ask for it.

But the biggest motivator for me?

When I ask my clients why they love working with me, one answer comes up again and again.

"You see me."

Yeah, I do. And I understand how incredibly challenging it can be to fit into this world (which honestly, ew.) I cannot always understand your lived experience, but I will always listen deeply when you share. I will observe and ask good questions. I will be there when the bomb goes off, when you realise how you've betrayed yourself.

And I will be there when the smoke clears.

Not just me, but a community of women on the same road, running toward radical honesty and real, visceral self-acceptance.

A safe place to meet yourself and your desires.

With 20 years experience in coaching, somatics and creative practice, I know that the missing piece is often a community to share- like, really share- who you are. It's all well and good to talk about authenticity and vulnerability, but when your nervous system is highly attuned to fitting in, avoiding criticism and rejection and maintaining a sense of safety no matter the personal cost, it's not always easy.

The UNMASKED Membership is where what changes.

This is your chance to figure out:

  • What parts of yourself you keep hidden and why

  • How the nervous system operates and why, and practical tools to expand your window of tolerance

  • The pros (yes, there are pros!) and cons of masking and how to safely unmask, slowly in a way your nervous system can handle

  • The connection between masking and people-pleasing (spoiler: they're besties)

  • Why you feel everything so intensely (and how to protect your energy)

  • Practical boundary tips to start protecting your energy

  • The impacts of food, movement, sunlight and sleep on your physical and emotional body

  • How hormonal f*ckery can be a portal to deeper self-understanding

  • Why creative practices are so important for neurospicy individuals

Perfect for newly diagnosed or self-diagnosed people wondering why life feels so hard, recovering people-pleasers, anyone who's been called "too sensitive" their entire life.

In the UNMASKED Membership, "too much" does not exist.
